How much does it cost to restore a photo?
Of course it depends on the condition the image is in. It usually costs between €20 to €150 ($22-$160 USD or £17-£125 GBP) in most cases.

Is the restoration on physical media or in digital format?
Our restoration is always in digital format and therefore we need the client to send us the file with the digitized image to be restored.

How long does photographic restoration take?
It can take anywhere from 1 hour to several days. We inform the delivery time in the Email we send to the customer, because it depends on the complexity of the work.

How is delivery made?
It is usually by Email. In cases of heavier files, the customer can download them via a file transfer service.

What are the payment methods?
Bank transfer, PayPal, credit card or Wise. Accepted currencies: €, £, ₣, US$, CA$, AU$, NZ$, S$, HK$, Mex$, R$, ₺, among others. Payment details are provided in the email we send to the customer.

Restore Photos - online service

Dórdio Design provides photo restoration services, whether old or recent photos, which have dirt, tears, creases, etc. and need image processing to return to the original state, or at least close to that!
You can send us your damaged photo or one that needs treatment and we will quickly give you the final quote that depends on the complexity of the treatment needed. The treated photo will be delivered in JPG, PNG, TIF or PSD (Photoshop) format in RGB or CMYK color systems.

The maximum final dimension depends on the quality and resolution of the original image you send us, so it is advisable to send us an image with a minimum width of 1000px, as well as a minimum height as well. Get your photo reconstructed and recovered like you never thought you could have it!

If the photo is in color but these are very altered, we can make a version in black and white (gray scale), sepia (brownish), or a color tone of your choice.
The deadline for delivering the treated image varies depending on the complexity of the improvements to be made. If the restoration is very difficult, we will inform you immediately.

Cut image background - online service - The image has a transparent background and so you can have the background you want!

The photo must be scanned by the customer and sent by email. We do not receive original photos on physical media due to the responsibility we do not want to have on security.
